The chief mission officer CMO is your contact person if your question/problem is related to any mission activity.

The CSM is the person who knows everything about our ongoing and past mission activity, and he can help you greatly in getting started with your own mission.

There are a lot of helping hints and tools, templates and files that make your life as a mission designer much easier. The CMO is your point of contact for that.

The CSM furthermore works in joint effort with the CEDO to supply proper mission briefing, PIREP and other templates.
