5) Public presence
Official dESPair items may not be used outside the interest of dESPair.
This means, you cannot use a dESPair plane to fly for another airline,
and post screenshots etc. However, after getting the author's permission,
you can easily change the bird's appearance to something else than dESPair
look. And then you can do what you want...

Don't spread intimate dESPair material into the broad XP world. Use it
for your own pleasure, and enjoy the art of flying with us. Don't spoil
the fun by abusing our friendlyness.

However, we encourage you to talk about your experience with us, with
our missions, adventures and guided tours. We hope other airliners
will get the idea, and care more about the _art_ of flying than the
quantity...
